UK Mainland Delivery
* We aim for 2 working days delivery on all orders placed by 1pm Monday – Friday.
* Orders > £150 exc VAT will be free of shipping charge
* Orders < £150 exc VAT will be charged £7.50 + VAT
Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland
* We currently don’t offer delivery for non UK mainland addresses
Tracking your goods
If you need to track your order please reach out via our contact us form quoting your order number and our team will respond accordingly.
Return Policy
If you wish to return unwanted products, please contact us via our contact us form within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
Returns and refunds will only be issued if all items are unmarked, undamaged and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened. Please feel free to review our current Terms and Conditions
If the goods you have received are faulty or defected, please let us know straight away and we will arrange for a collection and replacement for you.
If collection of the goods is arranged and you miss your slot or pick up time, then return of the goods will be at your own expense.
